My passion is to let people in organizations look at their world through the eyes of a child. It encourages an open mind, playfulness, experimentation, curiosity, creativity that creates amazing results. My passion is also my work. I am consultant, coach and writer with a focus on branding, customer experiences and leadership. In my book 'Grote Denkers Kleine Denkers' I play with the idea of thinking big and thinking in small steps at the same time. The book links the thoughts of people like Mahatma Gandhi, Albert Einstein, Richard Branson and Michael Jordan with the visions of children. It shows us new opportunities in our life and work. That is why I am a passionate promotor of developing the Child's Mind in organizations .
